Methodology

• Isothermal Titration Calorimetry (ITC): ITC is a highly sensitive calorimetric technique that measures the amount of heat released or absorbed when two molecules bind to each other.
• Fluorescence Polarization (FP): We can use FP to measure the binding affinity and kinetics of interactions between your target enzyme and various compounds or proteins.
• Electrophoretic Mobility Shift Assay (EMSA): EMSA is a gel electrophoresis-based technique that measures the change in mobility of DNA fragments upon binding to their interacting proteins, including DNA-modifying enzymes.

Sample Requirements

We require a minimum of 1 μg of purified enzyme or cell lysate per assay. We recommend that samples be frozen at -80°C until shipment.
