UvrD Helicase (from T. thermophilus) derived from Thermoanaerobacter tengcongensis uvrD gene. UvrD Helicase (from T. thermophilus) has the ability to open the double-strand structure of DNA from 3'-5' under thermostable conditions.It is resistant to 65°C and can be applied to constant temperature amplification independently of single-stranded binding protein. It can be used in Thermophilic Helicase-Dependent Amplification (tHDA).UvrD Helicase (from T. thermophilus) is recombinant from E.coli.
