UvrD Helicase (from T. tengcongensis) derived from Thermus thermophilus gene. UvrD Helicase (from T. tengcongensis) has the ability to open the double-strand structure of DNA from 3'-5' under thermostable conditions.It is resistant to 65°C and can be applied to constant temperature amplification independently of single-stranded binding protein. It can be used in Thermophilic Helicase-Dependent Amplification (tHDA).

Notes :
1. The enzyme reaction solution needs to add 3mM ATP and 2mM Mg2+.
2. It is reported in the literature that adding T. tengcongensis-UvrD helicase 4ng/μl to the tHDA reaction system can achieve tHDA amplification, which does not rely on T. tengcongensis-MutL single-stranded binding protein.
