TEV Protease (His-tag)

Cat :
CE-3202
Product Description :
TEV Protease (His-tag) is a cysteine protease of Tobacco Etch Virus (TEV) with a His tag (6X His tag) recombinantly expressed in Bacillus subtilis, which can specifically recognize Heptapeptide sequence Glu-Asn-Leu-Tyr-Phe-Gln-Gly/Ser, and enzyme cleavage between Gln and Gly/Ser amino acid residues, commonly used to remove Glutathione S-transferase (GST), His or other tagged proteases. 1000U TEV Protease (His-tag) is sufficient for the cleavge of 3mg tagged protein.
