Pyrophosphatase, Inorganic

Cat :
GMP-007
Product Description :
Pyrophosphatase, Inorganic is an enzyme encoded by yeast DNA expressed by recombinant E.coli, which can catalyze the hydrolysis of inorganic pyrophosphate to generate orthophosphate: P2O74- + H2O → 2 HPO42-. Under natural conditions, inorganic pyrophosphatases can provide thermodynamic power for the biosynthetic reactions of protein, DNA and RNA, and play a role in biotransformation processes such as lipid metabolism, calcium absorption and bone formation. Applied to nucleic acid amplification experiments, this product can hydrolyze the inorganic pyrophosphate generated with the reaction, avoid its inhibition of the reaction, and promote the translation of the reaction equilibrium to the product generation direction.
