Type :
Single Enzyme Series
Product Description :
Advanced liquid submerged fermentation technology and special post-treatment technology ensure stable enzyme activity.
Features :
Wide pH adaptability: Relative activity >50% in pH range 2.2~6.0. Optimal pH 4.0: Better suited for action in pig stomach, poultry gizzard, and crop. Strong resistance to endogenous enzymes: Relative activity remains above 80% after 2 hours of pepsin treatment.
Efficacy :
1. Improves phosphorus utilization, replaces part of inorganic phosphorus in feed, reduces feed cost. 2. Improves utilization of starch, protein, amino acids, and trace elements. 3. Saves formula space, making formulation more flexible. 4. Reduces phosphorus content in animal manure, reducing environmental pollution.
Usage :
Calculated based on Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate (16% P) and Phytase activity 5000 U/g (mL). Max reduction of Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate in formula: Layers/Ducks (Summer <60%, other seasons <70%); Piglets/Chicks (40%); Growing-finishing pigs, meat ducks/chickens (60%); Sows, growing layers (50%).
Packaging & Storage :
Powder: 25kg paper-plastic composite bag. Liquid: 25kg sterile plastic drum.
Unit Definition :
One unit of enzyme activity (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme required to release 1μmol of inorganic phosphorus from 5.0mmol/L sodium phytate solution per minute at 37°C and pH 5.5.
Enzyme Activity :
Powder: 5000 U/g. Liquid: 5000 U/mL.
