PBS-T is white to off-white instant granules. Each bag of PBS-T instant granules can produce 1 L of 1× PBS-T buffer, which is easy to operate and easy to use. The main components of PBS-T are sodium chloride, potassium chloride, phosphate and Tween-20. The concentration of sodium chloride in 1× PBS-T buffer is 137 mM and the concentration of potassium chloride is 2.7 mM. The concentration of phosphate is 10 mM, and the content of Tween-20 is 0.05%.
PBS-T buffer contains non-ionic blocking detergent Tween-20, which is widely used in ELISA, WB and other immunoassay experiments. It is often used as a washing buffer, as well as antibody dilution and blocking solution preparation.

Protocol :

1. Measure about 600 ml of distilled water into the beaker, and place a magnetic stir bar in the beaker.
2. Place the beaker on a magnetic stirrer, slowly add the entire contents of 1 bag of PBS-T instant granules, and stir the solution until it is completely dissolved.
3. Add distilled water to the PBS-T solution in step 2, and dilute to 1 L, which is 1× buffer.
After being formulated into 1× solution, the pH value is 7.4±0.2@25℃.
