Product Description :
The agarose is made into the form of instant particles, which can prevent the fine powder from being inhaled or sticking to the weighing paper. No need to configure TAE in advance, pre-mixed TAE particles is more convenient to use. This product is premixed with agarose and TAE instant granules in proportion. 1% Agarose gel can be directly prepared by adding the corresponding pure water, which greatly saves the experiment time.
Protocol :
1. Take a packet of agarose pellets, carefully add it to a triangular conical flask and add 100 ml of pure water. Cover the mouth of the flask with kraft paper and place it in a microwave oven to heat to dissolve. After boiling, wear heat-resistant gloves and carefully shake the flask. Repeat this step for several times until the agarose is completely dissolved.
Note: Using several short boiling methods to avoid overheating and bumping of the solution. Be sure that the agarose is fully and completely dissolved in case the blurring of electrophoretic image.
2. Add 2μl 10,000× safe nucleic acid dye to the fully dissolved agarose. (It is recommended to use Creative Safe Red DNA Stain 10,000× (REF:
BR-016S) safe nucleic acid dye).
3. Pour the agarose solution into the rubber mold, and then insert the comb in the appropriate position. The thickness of the gel is generally between 3 and 5 mm.
4. After the gel solidifies at room temperature (about 30 minutes ~ 1 hour), 1% agarose gel can be obtained. It can be used for conventional electrophoresis later.

Notes :
1. Take care in the gel melting process.
2. If the configured gel is not used immediately, please soak the gel in electrophoresis buffer (TAE) to avoid dry gel.
