HS Taq3G DNA Polymerase is the third generation of heat-resistant Taq polymerase. It has 5'-3' exonuclease activity, but does not have 3'-5' exonuclease activity. It has the highest tolerance to impurities (extremely high tolerance to ethanol, guanidine salts, and heparin). For DNA templates with poor purity, the enzyme can still obtain ideal experimental results. HS Taq3G DNA Polymerase is a chemically modified version of HotStart. It is 100% inactive below 50°C. Only after heating at 95°C for 5 minutes can the enzyme's activity be fully restored. Therefore, the system can effectively inhibit non-specific PCR amplification, greatly improving the specificity and sensitivity of PCR amplification. The enzyme is equipped with a unique reaction buffer, which can obtain good amplification results in a wide range, higher detection sensitivity, and stronger signal.
