Product Description :
Also known as Glucan 1,4-alpha-glucosidase. It hydrolyzes α-1,4 glucosidic bonds from the non-reducing end of starch to produce glucose, and slowly hydrolyzes α-1,6 bonds. Developed by using advanced biotechnology and Aspergillus niger fermentation. Widely used in alcohol, beer, brewing, starch sugar, MSG industries. Green and biodegradable.

Usage :
Optimal: 58~62°C, pH 4.0~4.5 (adjust pH first). Soaking: Soak in warm water (<40°C) for 30 mins before use (ratio >1:10). Dosage: Generally 100-300 Units/g raw material (2-6kg of 50k unit spec per ton). Alcohol Industry: Cooked material cooled to 60-65°C, add 1.0-1.6L/t (100k unit basis), hold 40-90 mins. Starch Sugar: Liquefied material pH 4.2-4.5, cooled to 60-65°C, add 1.0-3.0L/t (100k unit basis).
Packaging & Storage :
Packaging: 20kg/drum (Eco-friendly paper drum); customizable. Storage: Sealed at 4-25°C, dry, cool, ventilated (avoid heat/light/acid/alkali). Shelf Life: 9 months for solid enzyme at <25°C; 12 months at <10°C. Transport: Avoid high temp, pressure, sun, rain. No toxic mix.
Warnings :
Direct contact irritates skin/eyes. Rinse with mild water for 15 mins if occurred. Seek medical help if discomfort persists. Color variation between batches does not affect activity. Extended storage or adverse conditions may require higher dosage. Seal immediately after opening.
Unit Definition :
One enzyme activity unit (u/mL or u/g) is defined as the amount of enzyme needed to hydrolyze soluble starch to produce 1mg glucose in 1 hour at 40°C and pH 4.6 (using 1mg enzyme liquid or 1g powder).
