Also known as Glucan 1,4-alpha-glucosidase. Hydrolyzes α-1,4 bonds from non-reducing end to produce glucose; slowly hydrolyzes α-1,6 bonds. High-quality enzyme from Aspergillus niger via deep fermentation. Used in alcohol, beer, brewing, starch sugar, MSG. Green and biodegradable.

Usage :
Dosage: Varies by industry/material/process. Generally 100-300 Units/g raw material (2-6kg of 50k unit spec per ton). Key Points: 1. Increase dosage to shorten saccharification time. 2. Mix thoroughly. 3. Strictly control temp at 58-62°C; avoid short-term high temp. Use/seal quickly after opening.
Shelf Life :
Storage: Sealed at 4-25°C, dry, cool, ventilated. Avoid heat/light/acid/alkali. Shelf Life: Solid enzyme 9 months (<25°C); 12 months (<10°C). Transport: Avoid high temp, pressure, sun, rain. No toxic mix.
Warnings :
Direct contact irritates skin/eyes. Rinse with mild water for 15 mins if occurred. Seek medical help if discomfort persists.
