The 10×Creative PCR Buffer 1 equipped with this product is a Mg2+ self-adjusting reaction buffer. This reaction solution can be used to obtain highly specific PCR amplification products in a wide range of Mg2+ concentrations. At the same time, the Buffer system allows primers to operate in a wide range of temperatures. The annealing reaction is performed internally to reduce the amplification of non-specific bands, thereby reducing the number of PCR optimizations. The PCR product amplified by this enzyme contains an "A" tail, which can be directly ligated into the pUC57 Simple TOPO cloning vector.
