Creative HiFi DNA Polymerase, which is derived from high-fidelity DNA polymerase and added with an enhanced extension structure, gives it ultra-fidelity performance (~280 times Taq), long fragment amplification ability, and high yield. Long fragment amplification ability, using this enzyme can easily amplify 8kb genomic DNA, 20kb lambda DNA, 8kb cDNA. The enzyme has an extension speed of 6kb/min or more. The enzyme has a polymerase activity of 5'-3' and a strong exonuclease activity of 3'-5', and the product has a blunt end.
