Product Description :
Degrades cellulose into cellooligosaccharides, cellobiose, and glucose. Widely used in juice clarification, alcohol, starch sugar, organic acids, food brewing, etc.
Features :
Temp: Effective 30-60°C (Optimum 45-55°C). pH: Effective 4.0-8.0 (Optimum 5.0-6.0).

Liquid regular type 50000 U/mL, 100000 U/mL or customized.
Usage :
1. Grain Alcohol: Reduces viscosity. Dosage 0.1-0.3L(kg)/t raw material (50k unit basis). 2. Juice: Improves filtration and clarity. Dosage 0.3-0.5L(kg)/t raw material (50k unit basis). 3. Plant Extraction: Improves release and yield. Dosage 0.2-0.6L(kg)/t raw material (50k unit basis).
Packaging & Storage :
Packaging: 25kg/30kg plastic drum or customized. Note: High temp, strong acid/alkali cause inactivation. Avoid sun exposure during transport/storage. Keep warehouse clean/dry.

One unit (U/g or U/mL) is defined as the amount of enzyme (1g solid or 1mL liquid) required to hydrolyze CMC-Na to produce 1mg glucose equivalent reducing sugar in 1 hour at 50°C and pH 4.8.
