Benzonase nuclease, an endonuclease, can degrade nucleic acid into 5' monophosphate nucleotides of 2~5 bases, because it can efficiently degrade any form (double-stranded, single-stranded, linear, circular (like) DNA and RNA without proteolytic activity. Benzonase nuclease can effectively reduce the viscosity of protein samples, remove nucleic acid contamination in protein samples, and there is no residual protease activity, and the nuclease activity reaches 1×106 U/mg protein. Benzonase nuclease has a variety of other uses while reducing viscosity, such as: reducing sample processing time, increasing protein yield, more thorough separation of precipitate and supernatant during centrifugation, and easier centrifugation of solutions (especially ultrafiltration). ); improve the efficiency of chromatographic purification, etc. The company's Benzonase nuclease does not contain any tags.
