2×TA PCR SuperMix is a ready-to-use mixture of TA DNA Polymerase, dNTPs and optimized buffer. The SuperMix is provided at 2× concentration and used at 1× concentration by adding template, primers and H2O. Efficiency of PCR products with “A” is equal to taq DNA polymerase. It is more suitable for high fidelity TA cloning.
