2×HiFi PCR SuperMix is a ready-to-use mixture of HiFi DNA Polymerase DNA polymerase, dNTPs and optimized buffer. 2×HiFi PCR SuperMix is optimized for the amplification of genomic DNA and PCR SuperMix II is optimized for the amplification of λDNA, cDNA or plasmid DNA. The SuperMix is provided at 2× concentration and can be used at 1× concentration by adding template, primers and H2O.
